About the Marbella Golden Mile Site

My name is Mike and I live in Cardiff with my wife Anne. In 2002 we decided to
buy a property in Spain. After viewing many apartments in southern Spain we
visited Marbella and fell in love with it. We were lucky to find an
apartment in a beautiful complex, close to the beach and on the Golden Mile. We
purchased the apartment in January 2003. We visit Marbella once or twice a
year for great holidays and to ensure it is in top condition. We decided to let
the property to holiday makers so we could continually improve the facilities
available in the apartment. We have just added WiFi. We will continue to improve
it and would value any suggestions.
We are lucky to have Wendy and Kevin who manage our apartment. They live on the complex and are available 24/7 to ensure that our clients have everything they need, and to sort out any problems quickly. Wendy and Kevin, originally from London, have lived in Marbella for many years and have built up a wealth of knowlege about Marbella and of course now speak fluent Spanish as well as their native English.
We are sure that you will love our quiet and relaxing apartment and particulary it's location on the Golden Mile, being just five minutes walking distance from the Mediterranean beaches of Playa Casablanca and Playa Nag'eles. It is in an established complex of luxurious apartments, with very large tropical gardens that include two swimming pools, a paddling pool, tennis courts and a poolside restaurant/bar. There is no need for a car as restaurants, shops and bus service are right outside.
